Mind-blowing service from the staff, especially Mrs Sophie , who went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and answered all my questions with her excellent English. Perfect location, close to major attractions and a mini mart. Beautiful Chinese decor, comfortable bed, and a free upgrade to an executive suite. Impressive exercise room. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Beijing and had a fantastic experience. Sophie, the trainee assistant, was incredibly helpful in providing advice about the hotel and local attractions. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a grand feel to them. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to Tiananmen Square and The Forbidden City. From our room, we had a beautiful view of The Forbidden City, and there was a bustling pedestrian shopping mall nearby with countless shops and restaurants. The staff service was impeccable, with polite and attentive service at all times. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast and packed lunch served in the room were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, helpful staff, and comfortable accommodations.
Can recommend this hotel.

As a family, we loved the attention to detail and extra comfort items in our City View room on the 9th Floor. The view of the Forbidden City was stunning. The hotel's location was perfect, with both the Forbidden City and Wangfujing shopping street within equal walking distance. The complimentary assortment of fruit and bottles of water were a nice touch. The staff was always polite, helpful, and attentive. The bed was incredibly comfortable with clean sheets and soft pillows. We had a great night's sleep, especially on the wheat-grass filled pillow. The boxed packed lunch and breakfast served in the room were amazing and arrived promptly.
Felt like being home, no complaints.

We had a luxurious stay in this hotel, complete with exclusive amenities for a truly relaxing experience. The room advantages were superb, with spacious and elegantly furnished interiors. The Spa centre was a standout, with a variety of treatments available to choose from. The location advantages were exceptional, providing easy access to major tourist attractions.
The restaurant options were limited, with a lack of variety in the menu. However, the staff compensated for this with their excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for us.

Great Location and Service
I had a wonderful experience at this conveniently located hotel! Being within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and a bustling shopping area made exploring Beijing so easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even held onto our luggage after check-out until we returned. The facility itself was impressive and well-maintained. I would highly recommend the Beijing Grand Hotel for its excellent location and top-notch service.
